12. Suspension & Termination

ug234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused promotions, or presented a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, ug234 may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation and, where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, may confiscate all funds without obligation to refund.

12.2 By the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ug234 support. Upon closure, any confirmed real-money Balance not subject to pending wagering requirements or compliance holds will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification.

13. Amendments to These Terms
